Responsibilities

Management and control of personnel files, receipts, acknowledgments, policies, and other documents required by HR and government entities, ensuring their proper updating.
Labor relations management and conflict resolution.
Calculation and presentation of key HR indicators.
Implementation of strategies to optimize HR indicators at the site.
Cross-functional collaboration with the recruitment, payroll, and compensation and benefits departments.
Support and guidance to leaders in personnel-related decision-making.
Identify and mitigate risks related to turnover, compliance, or organizational alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Experience in labor relations management.
Advanced Excel skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in manufacturing companies.
