About the role

  • Human Resources Analyst at Solar Coca-Cola focusing on performance management, development programs, and training initiatives. Identify and analyze performance metrics to foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Performance Management and Performance Appraisal programs and identify potential development actions;
  • Conduct calibration meetings to ensure fairness and consistency in evaluations and contribute to building a high-performance culture;
  • Support leadership development programs aligned with the objectives of the Performance Management area;
  • Implement improvements in Performance Management processes, focusing on promoting a high-performance culture across the company;
  • Design programs, policies, and performance guidelines;
  • Deliver training sessions;
  • Prepare management reports and performance-related studies;
  • Participate in the definition, analysis, and monitoring of KPIs for Performance programs;
  • Develop and implement action plans;
  • Prepare presentations related to Performance Management solutions;
  • Participate in area restructuring projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with performance appraisal and performance management;
  • Experience with competency-based processes;
  • Knowledge of the 9-box assessment method;
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn and apply digital tools in day-to-day work;
  • Postgraduate degree in People Management (preferred);
  • Power BI skills (a plus);
  • Digital mindset with a strategic view to propose innovative solutions, automations, and data-driven decision-making (a plus).
