Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or a related role
- Experience owning onboarding or similar employee programs end-to-end
- Interest in and understanding of benefits, wellbeing, and engagement programs
- Exposure to engagement surveys or basic people analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems and common workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, CultureAmp, etc.)
