Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or a related role
Experience owning onboarding or similar employee programs end-to-end
Interest in and understanding of benefits, wellbeing, and engagement programs
Exposure to engagement surveys or basic people analytics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with HRIS systems and common workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, CultureAmp, etc.)
