About the role

  • Employee Experience Specialist enhancing candidate and employee journeys at Semgrep. Taking ownership of onboarding, engagement programs, and fostering a welcoming company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and early employee experience
  • Own the onsite candidate interview experience
  • Design and run employee engagement programs
  • Drive benefits and perks engagement
  • Serve as a front-of-house presence at the SF office
  • Support relocations, global mobility, and internal moves
  • Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding
  • Serve as a key People Operations partner

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or a related role
  • Experience owning onboarding or similar employee programs end-to-end
  • Interest in and understanding of benefits, wellbeing, and engagement programs
  • Exposure to engagement surveys or basic people analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and common workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, CultureAmp, etc.)
