About the role

  • People Operations Analyst supporting HR functions and improving employee experience in a hybrid role. Facilitating recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives at Bamboo.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruiting function in full cycle recruiting (sourcing, scheduling, extending offers, etc.)
  • Facilitate and provide a consistent onboarding experience for new hires
  • Implement employee benefits and perks
  • Coordinate internal events and measure employee engagement
  • Keep the team informed about updates and respond to employee inquiries
  • Maintain data in HR documents and systems
  • Support initiatives to enhance team success

Requirements

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in an HR function
  • Ability to write clearly and engagingly
  • Foundational design skills required, including proficiency with Canva and Powerpoint
  • Good understanding of general people policies & procedures and employment/labor laws
  • Great attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn & experiment – no ego
