Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology) — ideally with a focus on HR — or a completed commercial apprenticeship with equivalent additional qualifications
Professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable role
Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
High interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent organizational talent
Consulting competence, self-initiative, and a solution-oriented working style
Very good English skills and willingness to travel
