Responsibilities
Responsibility for smooth HR processes across the DACH region
Establishment of the Shared Service Center in Görlitz
Ensure efficient HR processes for the entire DACH region
Point of contact for employees, managers and executive leadership
Support for transformation initiatives and HR processes
Drafting and processing contract amendments, employment confirmations and employment references
Maintenance and management of digital and physical personnel files
Monthly preparation and follow-up for payroll processing
Management of absence processes and preparation of reporting
Recruiting for the Görlitz site and coordination of interviews
Sourcing and administration of apprentices, working students, trainees and career-change trainees
Requirements
Solid experience in generalist HR administration for multi-site teams
Confident use of common HR tools
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
Sound knowledge of labor and tax law
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, self-initiated working style
Quick to get up to speed on new topics
Communicative, reliable and appreciative team player
Very good German language skills (C1) and professional communication ability
