Responsibilities
You support monitoring and analyzing current trends in digitalization, artificial intelligence, and HR technology.
You actively contribute to workshops and events related to AI, digital tools, and new ways of working.
Additionally, you assist with pilot projects and the development of employees with regard to AI and the optimization of internal HR processes.
You also accompany various proofs of concept in HR innovation and digitalization — from research to implementation.
You further support planning our innovation space, e.g., by preparing monitor slides and maintaining calendar overviews.
Maintaining and updating internal platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence pages is also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
Currently studying economics, business informatics, psychology, communications, or a comparable field of study, preferably from the fourth semester onward.
Interest in digitalization, HR innovation, and the application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence in a corporate context.
Initial experience in innovation or project management and knowledge of agile methods such as Design Thinking, Business Model Design, or Lean Startup are an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or SharePoint is desirable.
Very good German language skills; good English skills are a plus.
