Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage calendars, logistics, and interview confirmations
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with job postings and sourcing coordination
Create reports and dashboards in the ATS
Support recruiting events, internal hiring initiatives, and on-site interviews
Help improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Additional administrative support for other HR projects as needed
Requirements
Experience in recruiting coordination and HR
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Familiarity with Ashby is a huge plus
