About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating outbound pipeline for M-Files across the Nordics. Engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and collaborating across teams for effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Pipeline (Outbound First): Proactively reach out to target accounts using calls, emails, sequences, social selling, and creative outbound tactics.
  • Engage & Qualify Prospects: Run high‑quality conversations to understand needs, challenges, and timing - ensuring only strong, well‑qualified opportunities are passed to Sales.
  • Secure Discovery Calls: Identify and engage decision‑makers to book impactful discovery meetings aligned to our GTM strategy, ensuring these conversations lead to well‑qualified opportunities that move into pipeline for the sales team.
  • Support Inbound: Provide timely follow‑up and qualification on inbound leads assigned to you, ensuring excellent prospect experience and clean routing.
  • Use Modern Sales Tools: Work efficiently within our GTM stack - including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and more - to research, personalize outreach, and operate at scale.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Partner teams to share insights, refine messaging, and improve funnel performance.
  • Represent the M‑Files Brand: Support events, webinars, and prospect‑facing activities (virtual or onsite), contributing to brand visibility and pipeline creation.

Requirements

  • Native‑level Danish is preferred; proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian is considered an asset.
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective internal collaboration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Rep in B2B tech/SaaS.
  • Comfortable with CRM and modern sales tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding ways to reach and engage prospects.
  • Self‑driven, accountable, and confident working remotely within an international team.
  • Passionate about building relationships and providing real value — not just hitting numbers.
