About the role

  • Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting in the legal sector for Medialex. Identifying and qualifying new leads while supporting sales efforts and managing CRM activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new prospects
  • Prospect and approach accounting firms, notary offices and law firms
  • Prepare and plan prospecting activities via phone, email and social networks
  • Conduct B2B telephone interviews
  • Arrange qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Identify prospects' needs and respond appropriately
  • Log all activity in the CRM
  • Create and update prospect/customer databases
  • Share key information with the sales team and other departments

Requirements

  • A first experience in B2B prospecting or telesales
  • Interest in the public sector, curiosity and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable on the phone, tenacity and good listening skills
  • Team spirit and rigor
