- Experience in SaaS companies, fintechs or payments is a strong differentiator.
- Analytical profile with the ability to read data and extract insights.
- Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to influence executives.
- Experience with customer success methodologies (e.g., Success Planning, Health Score, NPS, QBR).
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Octadesk and Slack.
