About the role

  • Marketing Support Specialist focusing on customer communications and agreement management from the IQVIA team. Working closely with legal counsel, internal teams, and customers to enhance BAA processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with our customers and legal counsel
  • Track progress of Agreements with client Legal counsel and BSCI Legal counsel
  • Follow up to ensure agreements are progressing through the review and approval process
  • Manage and track status of BAAs
  • Create, maintain, and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures
  • Track, analyze, and interpret metrics related to BAA process
  • Provide broad troubleshooting support for field teams
  • Create how-to documents and work instructions
  • Coordinate with Health Care Professionals and legal counsel

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from accredited college or university
  • Proven track record of excellent and timely customer service
  • Highly organized with significant attention to detail required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities successfully
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
  • Excellence in HCP relationship management
  • 1-2 years industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred
