About the role

  • Enterprise Account Manager focusing on strategic negotiations and complex sales cycles in e-commerce and technology. Contributing to pipeline development and collaborative prospecting for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (Closer) with a consistent track record of closing complex deals, capable of leading strategic negotiations in long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and high revenue impact.
  • This professional will work primarily in the mid-to-late stages of the funnel, taking qualified opportunities to lead the decision-making process, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Mastery of consultative selling in technology and e-commerce environments is expected, including experience with SaaS, OMS, Marketplaces, and CRM, as well as the maturity to navigate executive-level discussions about scope, value, and risk.
  • In addition to a focus on closing, the role actively participates in pipeline building, contributing to new opportunity creation through collaborative prospecting, networking, and strategic account development, in alignment with Wake’s culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise sales within the e-commerce and technology sectors;
  • Experience in consultative selling, driving complex negotiations through to close;
  • Strong command of pipeline and forecast management using CRM systems;
  • Strategic, organized profile with a results orientation toward goals and KPIs;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to generating new opportunities at Wake — everyone builds pipeline.
