Responsibilities
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (Closer) with a consistent track record of closing complex deals, capable of leading strategic negotiations in long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and high revenue impact.
This professional will work primarily in the mid-to-late stages of the funnel, taking qualified opportunities to lead the decision-making process, commercial negotiation, and contract closing.
Mastery of consultative selling in technology and e-commerce environments is expected, including experience with SaaS, OMS, Marketplaces, and CRM, as well as the maturity to navigate executive-level discussions about scope, value, and risk.
In addition to a focus on closing, the role actively participates in pipeline building, contributing to new opportunity creation through collaborative prospecting, networking, and strategic account development, in alignment with Wake’s culture.
Requirements
Proven experience in Enterprise sales within the e-commerce and technology sectors;
Experience in consultative selling, driving complex negotiations through to close;
Strong command of pipeline and forecast management using CRM systems;
Strategic, organized profile with a results orientation toward goals and KPIs;
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to generating new opportunities at Wake — everyone builds pipeline.
