Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Zendesk’s AI partner strategy, aligning with product and engineering leaders.
- Build and manage technical and commercial relationships with leading AI platforms.
- Drive structured engagement models with the AI technology partner ecosystem.
- Educate Zendesk leaders and executives on the evolving AI landscape.
- Work with tech partners on AI product integration strategy and promotion.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant work experience in AI product development or technology partner management.
- A mix of product management/technical and technology alliances expertise.
- Must have an engineering or technical bachelor's degree at a minimum.
- Business degree and an MBA would be a bonus.
- Demonstrable experience building with and/or working closely with GenAI platform vendors and ISV partners.
