Responsibilities
Design GTM partner CRM programs set up, commission and revenue share models
Build partner onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks for partners
Measure revenue efficiency & scale for GTM partnerships
Implement partner management platform and integrate with existing GTM stack
Create transparent reporting dashboards for partner performance, attribution, and payouts
Establish automated workflows for partner commission calculations, payments, and reconciliations
Work with Legal and Finance to establish partner agreements and ensure compliance
Requirements
At least 2 years building systems from scratch
Experience with partner commission models, revenue sharing, and financial operations
Strong technical acumen with AI and CRM/PRM platforms (Lovable, Claude, Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam, etc.)
Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, product, and legal teams
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage environments
