About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager creating marketing strategies and managing content for ETF product line at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling marketing messaging supporting our ETF lineup that resonates with financial advisors and other target audiences.
  • Maintain a suite of marketing materials that support the lifecycle.
  • Ensure collateral is updated on a regular cadence.
  • Establish metrics, measure results and use the results to make recommendations to enhance product specific marketing initiatives/programs.
  • Design, develop and execute implementation plan for complex product marketing programs/initiatives that support our ETF capabilities.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and connectivity of messaging.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of financial services marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent in a related field
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to take ambiguous or conceptual ideas and turn them into tactical campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Microsoft Excel
