Responsibilities
Assist with the payroll process, inclusive of data entry or responding to employee pay inquiries
Assist with the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
Maintain benefits records and support open enrollment processes.
Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate communications.
Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring all required documentation and training steps are completed.
Help maintain and promote a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assist in generating regular HR reports and metrics.
Support HR data integrity through audits and system updates.
Working on special projects, and other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent HR experience required
Working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
A reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record are required.
