About the role

  • Daily monitoring of absences and tardiness.
  • Daily headcount control.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly reports on absenteeism, headcount and turnover.
  • Manage conflict resolution.
  • Track disciplinary measures and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee and coordinate employee transportation.
  • Oversee and coordinate the canteen service.
  • Prepare and follow up on contracts for indirect employees and salaried staff.
  • Support the recruitment process: screening candidates for direct and indirect positions.
  • Issue shift handovers at the start of each shift.
  • Participate in communication activities.
  • Prepare and update statistical reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role
  • Analytical skills, strong communication, commitment
  • Proficiency in French and English.
