Responsibilities
Support and advise employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including in an international context
Support the implementation of HR strategy and processes
Conduct and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, candidate selection, interviews, onboarding)
Manage and maintain employee master data and support HR administration
Support on employment law matters and prepare employment-related documents
Organize and conduct employee meetings and feedback processes
Develop and implement measures to promote company culture and employee engagement and retention
Prepare HR reports and statistics
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on HR or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Generalist
Solid knowledge of employment law as well as HR processes and systems
Experience in recruitment and employee development
Very good communication and advisory skills
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software
Discretion, empathy and a strong sense for interpersonal dynamics
Good written and spoken German and English
