About the role

  • HR Generalist supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle. Administering HR programs and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving issues or routing appropriately
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and documentation
  • Support execution of annual HR programs such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within HRIS
  • Prepare reports, data summaries, and materials to support HRBPs and leadership discussions
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across affiliates
  • Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and pilots
  • Support HR communications and manager toolkits
  • Participate in HR process improvement and automation efforts
  • Assist with audits and compliance documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • 3-5 years of generalist HR experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-developed writing and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully across all levels of an organization
  • Discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality.
