Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and leadership team
  • Champion a growth-oriented, bold, and inclusive culture
  • Develop deep partnerships across functions
  • Lead succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline strategies
  • Foster a culture of speed, decisiveness, and adaptability
  • Serve as a culture carrier and ethical compass
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI and HR analytics
  • Oversee local labor law compliance and employee relations

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in MedTech or Pharma
  • Strong background in business partnering, culture transformation, and organizational development
  • Bold, decisive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly agile, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environments
  • Strong leadership presence with a bias for action and innovation
  • Digital proficiency in Power BI, digital dashboards, and HRIS platforms
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technologies for efficiency and insight
  • Fluent in English
