Responsibilities
Independently handle all administrative HR matters at the site, in close cooperation with a cross-site HR team
Prepare payroll in cooperation with the tax consultancy (processing via BMD)
Maintain and reconcile timekeeping records
Provide operational support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
Draft employment contracts and manage and update master personnel data and personnel files
Implement personnel measures in coordination with the works council
HR controlling, reporting and personnel budget planning
Proactively contribute to HR processes, personnel development topics and training measures
Support and participate in cross-site HR projects
Act as an interface to internal departments and external partners (e.g., public authorities, agencies, tax advisors)
Requirements
Completed commercial/administrative vocational training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in operational HR, ideally in an industrial environment
Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining law (collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry)
Experience in payroll and in working with the works council
IT skills: confident use of BMD software and MS Office applications
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Structured and independent working style and an affinity for IT
