Responsibilities
Brindar apoyo operativo y administrativo al departamento de RR. HH., enfocado en aprender procesos clave como reclutamiento, contratación, inducción y gestión documental.
Reclutamiento y Selección: Publicar vacantes, filtrar currículums (CVs), coordinar entrevistas y realizar los primeros contactos con candidatos.
Administración de Personal: Apoyo en la elaboración de contratos, actualización de expedientes (físicos y digitales) y gestión de incidencias.
Inducción y Onboarding: Asistir en la bienvenida, inducción y el proceso de contratación de nuevos empleados.
Apoyo Operativo: Colaborar seguimiento de capacitación y organización de eventos internos.
Comunicación Interna: Apoyar en la difusión de políticas y el seguimiento de acciones de clima laboral.
Requirements
Estudiante de los últimos semestres o recién egresado en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.
Organización, atención al detalle, buena comunicación, proactividad y trabajo en equipo.
Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) y buen uso de correo electrónico.
Alta confidencialidad en el manejo de información sensible.
