Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with executive management and leaders
  • Advising on all personnel-related matters
  • Monitoring personnel changes, challenges and developments
  • Developing ideas and concepts for recruiting, personnel development and employee support
  • Supporting compensation measures and job evaluations
  • Acting as the contact person for inspections by authorities

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid professional experience in generalist HR work
  • Knowledge of labor law, collective agreements and works council matters
  • Confident interaction with managers, colleagues and external partners
  • Solution-oriented mindset and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
