Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in generalist HR work
Knowledge of labor law, collective agreements and works council matters
Confident interaction with managers, colleagues and external partners
Solution-oriented mindset and structured way of working
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
