About the role

  • HR Employee Relations Advisor delivering high-quality employee relations support across Latin America. Ensuring voluntary termination processes and compliance practices run with excellence while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and resolve salaried ER tickets
  • Act as the point of contact for former employees on documentation, payroll receipts, references, and pending payments
  • Track, update, and provide visibility on the GBS transitions program to senior leadership
  • Execute end ‑ to ‑ end voluntary separation procedures for salaried employees
  • Support PwC, SOX 404, STPS, and other audits by preparing documentation
  • Handle purchase orders, invoices, and interactions with external legal service providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or similar roles
  • High English proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage statistical tools/metrics
  • Knowledge of labor law fundamentals
  • Proven experience working with confidential information and following compliance protocols.
