Responsibilities
Attend and resolve salaried ER tickets
Act as the point of contact for former employees on documentation, payroll receipts, references, and pending payments
Track, update, and provide visibility on the GBS transitions program to senior leadership
Execute end ‑ to ‑ end voluntary separation procedures for salaried employees
Support PwC, SOX 404, STPS, and other audits by preparing documentation
Handle purchase orders, invoices, and interactions with external legal service providers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
2+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or similar roles
High English proficiency
Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage statistical tools/metrics
Knowledge of labor law fundamentals
Proven experience working with confidential information and following compliance protocols.
