Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, changes and offboarding
Supporting managers with probation reviews, performance processes and employee matters
Providing guidance to leaders on people policies, employment legislation and best practice
Managing and improving HR processes
Coordinating employee engagement surveys and helping turn insights into meaningful action
Supporting key People & Culture initiatives aligned with business goals
Helping identify training needs and supporting the rollout of learning initiatives for employees and managers
Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices comply with relevant employment legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Driving improvements to HR systems and processes as the business continues to scale
Requirements
2–4+ years' experience as a HR Business Partner
A degree in HR, Business or a related field is preferred
You enjoy working closely with managers and building trusted relationships across the business
You’re organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
You’re confident navigating HR processes and providing guidance on employee matters
You enjoy improving systems, processes and the overall employee experience
