About the role

  • People & Culture Business Partner at Eftsure helping shape employee experience in a fast-growing FinTech firm. Managing HR operations and collaborating with leaders to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, changes and offboarding
  • Supporting managers with probation reviews, performance processes and employee matters
  • Providing guidance to leaders on people policies, employment legislation and best practice
  • Managing and improving HR processes
  • Coordinating employee engagement surveys and helping turn insights into meaningful action
  • Supporting key People & Culture initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Helping identify training needs and supporting the rollout of learning initiatives for employees and managers
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices comply with relevant employment legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Driving improvements to HR systems and processes as the business continues to scale

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years' experience as a HR Business Partner
  • A degree in HR, Business or a related field is preferred
  • You enjoy working closely with managers and building trusted relationships across the business
  • You’re organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • You’re confident navigating HR processes and providing guidance on employee matters
  • You enjoy improving systems, processes and the overall employee experience
  • You’re excited by joining a fast-growing SaaS company where your work will make a visible impact
  • Bonus points if you have experience using HiBob, our new HRIS
