Responsibilities
Be the point of contact for managers and employees in India and APAC, support employees’ enquiries and escalate when appropriate
Partner with hiring managers to support hiring demands with full lifecycle of recruitment and with focus on technology industry
Continuous improvements and promotion of best practices for HR processes and procedures
Manage the onboarding/offboarding process with intent of creating positive employees’ experience along their employment cycle with the company
Ad-hoc global/local tasks or projects assigned from time to time
Requirements
2-4 years of experience as an HR in a high-tech global company, including end-to-end active/proactive hiring, employee welfare, and administrative support
B.Sc. in Psychology, Social Sciences, or other related field
Service-oriented mindset with a can-do approach
Understanding of India employment laws, HR policies, and employee benefits administration
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruiting for Engineering roles
High energy, motivated, self-driven, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across remote teams
Proficiency in MS office. Experience working with HR systems (Oracle) – advantage
Fluent English (written and verbal)
Willingness & flexibility to work according to global time zones, as required
