Responsibilities

  • Point of contact and sparring partner for leaders on topics across the employee life cycle
  • Responsible for HR processes such as performance appraisal and talent review
  • Proactive advice and support during change initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements and company policies
  • Trusted collaboration with employee representatives
  • Participation in various HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in HR
  • Experience in organizational development or change management
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining and employment law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style
  • Resilience and flexibility
