Responsibilities
Advise and support executive management and managers on all personnel and employment law matters
Lead the further development of the HR strategy and translate it into effective initiatives
Develop HR services toward People Operations and take ownership of process design, efficiency improvements and automation
Actively contribute to organizational development, culture projects and change initiatives
Ensure smooth payroll and administrative operations for approximately 650 employees
Ensure employment law compliance, handle escalations and manage complex cases
Advise managers across the entire employee lifecycle and proactively identify HR risks
Lead the HR team and promote its ongoing development
Requirements
8–12 years of HR experience, including several years in a leadership role
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field
Solid knowledge of payroll, HR administration, employment law and social security
Experienced in HR business partnering and advising at executive management level
Strong digital competency with hands‑on experience using HR tools (e.g. SAP)
Experience in organizational development and change management
German at native level; very good knowledge of French is a strong advantage
Experience in retail or in multi‑site organizations is an advantage
