Requirements
Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience, ideally in a mid-sized company
Consulting-capable, strong communicator with a confident demeanor and high service orientation
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Passion for modern HR practices, change processes and the development of people and organizations
