About the role
- Investigations Leader in Employee Relations for the EMEA region at Johnson & Johnson. Responsible for handling ER investigations and managing stakeholder relationships in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessing complaints and determining the scope and nature of investigations
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee relations issues
- Create clear and robust investigation reports and deliver them
- Ensure timely and fair resolution of investigations
- Manage primarily cluster investigations and support in punctual Corporate ERLR investigations
- Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on ER matters
- Develop strong relationships with HR business partners, HCC, legal counsel, and other relevant key stakeholders
- Stay informed about local employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in ERLR or HR, with a focus on investigations
- Demonstrated experience managing investigations in a corporate environment
- Proven experience in effectively managing relationships and collaborating with various parties in sensitive matters
- Strong background in continuous improvement and process excellence
- Proficiency in English is required
- Dutch and French required.
