About the role

  • B2B Growth Marketing Manager developing and overseeing marketing strategies for an education company. Collaborating with sales and B2B experts to drive growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and further develop end-to-end B2B marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and specialized B2B experts
  • Analyze market, audience, and performance data to continuously optimize the entire marketing ecosystem
  • Create and own persuasive B2B copy across all channels — audience-focused, conversion-driven, and context-appropriate, regardless of the medium
  • Work closely with Sales, content, design, and external experts to translate complex offerings into clear, effective messages
  • Ensure the conceptual and technical implementation of all marketing activities in coordination with Sales, Product, and internal systems
  • Scale effective initiatives deliberately — with clear priorities, measurable goals, and increasing strategic responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 2–4 years of solid B2B marketing experience, ideally in education, professional development, or complex/consultative products
  • Proven strong strategic and analytical understanding of holistic marketing ecosystems
  • Excellent copywriting skills: you think like the audience, write like the audience, and use words to achieve the precise desired effect — tailored to channel and objective
  • Proven experience working closely with Sales teams and collaborating with specialized B2B experts
  • High degree of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and motivation to assume a leadership role in the future
  • Willingness to regularly contribute on-site to our marketing efforts (location: Mannheim)
