Responsibilities
Drive engagement and growth across a portfolio of accounts
Engage with key stakeholders across the client's global network to build executive-level relationships
Create engagement strategies across multiple functions within clients
Identify and lead cross-border opportunities, coordinating internal teams
Develop and execute global retention and growth strategies
Requirements
5+ years in B2B account management
Proven experience building C-suite and cross-functional client relationships
Bachelor's degree or equivalent desired
Travel for client visits, team meetings, and occasional interstate training
Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive self-starter with a growth and international mindset
Hold full working rights in New Zealand
