About the role

  • Senior Account Manager driving growth and engagement across global accounts for International SOS. Building relationships, creating strategies, and executing global retention.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement and growth across a portfolio of accounts
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the client's global network to build executive-level relationships
  • Create engagement strategies across multiple functions within clients
  • Identify and lead cross-border opportunities, coordinating internal teams
  • Develop and execute global retention and growth strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B account management
  • Proven experience building C-suite and cross-functional client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent desired
  • Travel for client visits, team meetings, and occasional interstate training
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with a growth and international mindset
  • Hold full working rights in New Zealand
