Responsibilities
Qualify potential customers to maintain an active inbound lead funnel
Articulate our value proposition, handle objections, and build trust via phone and email
Log relevant prospecting information to keep our CRM database clean and up to date
Build and develop relationships with prospects across multiple accounts
Use our CRM and other sales development tools like a ninja.
Requirements
Previous experience in Sales Development or Customer Success (experience in a tech/SaaS environment is a plus)
Comfortable holding insightful conversations by phone/email and following up on open opportunities
Ability to overcome objections and build successful relationships
Familiarity with CRM and web-based demo software
Charisma, ambition, and strong interpersonal skills
Continuous learner: constantly acquiring new skills and not afraid to try new things
Team player (collaboration is essential)
Native Portuguese speaker
English and especially Spanish are advantageous.
