Organize and maintain files and databases

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior administrative or office/clerical experience
Desire to develop human resources qualifications
Ability to interact with employees at many levels and locations
Understanding of importance of confidentiality
Ability to work as part of a team
Detail-oriented
Bachelor degree, or credits toward degree, in business, human resources, psychology, or related field (preferred)
1 year of human resources experience (preferred)
Experience with federal, state and local laws, as well as labor laws and compliance (preferred)
Experience with UKG (preferred)
