Lead payroll coordination with external providers and ensure 100% compliance with local employment laws;

Maintain the highest standards of data privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
Solid background in HR Operations within a fast-paced or scaling environment;
Advanced proficiency in HiBob with a proven track record of building workflows and automations;
You are comfortable with numbers and speak Excel;
Deep understanding of payroll practices and the ability to navigate local and international employment regulations;
You are ready to "roll up your sleeves" and build from scratch;
Professional fluency in English.
