Responsibilities

  • Champion a high-performance culture
  • Lead and deliver transformational change programmes
  • Act as a talent and capability expert
  • Align workforce planning to business priorities
  • Collaborate across the Ulrich model

Requirements

  • Significant HR leadership experience in a complex matrix environment
  • Ability to influence, inspire, and shape strategic decision-making
  • Strong track record of developing and coaching senior leaders
  • Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep experience of organisational design, development, and transformation
  • Solid expertise in employee and labour relations
  • Experience in FMCG environments is advantageous
