Responsibilities

Coach managers on providing constructive feedback and facilitating development conversations to enhance team performance.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to drive operational excellence and support business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR preferred.
Proven experience (5-10 years) as an HR Manager.
Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and deliver results.
Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Proven experience in labor relations in Israel, including negotiations with the unions and handling collective agreements - mandatory.
Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional HR projects with measurable outcomes.
Experience in an industrial or site environment - strong advantage.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Language Requirements: fluent in English.
