  • Define and drive the talent strategy: develop and deploy an integrated vision for talent and leadership development, performance, equity, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning.

  • Advise leaders and HR business partners: support strategic decision-making related to the development of people and teams.
  • Coach and develop your team: engage passionate professionals and managers and strengthen their expertise.

  • Represent the Talent and Culture function: provide influential leadership within strategic forums and internal and external professional networks.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, and/or transformational leadership
  • Recognized for inspiring leadership and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to influence in complex environments
  • Strong expertise in project management and HR process optimization
  • Proven communication skills and ability to mobilize teams
  • Advanced proficiency in English
