Requirements
7–10 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, and/or transformational leadership
Recognized for inspiring leadership and strategic thinking
Demonstrated ability to influence in complex environments
Strong expertise in project management and HR process optimization
Proven communication skills and ability to mobilize teams
Advanced proficiency in English
