Responsibilities
Establishes strong, trusted relationships with business leaders and HR partners
Uses business knowledge to provide strategic HR support

Offers input to client groups for local and global business plan priorities
Applies emotional intelligence in executive coaching to senior leaders
Requirements
First-level university degree or equivalent experience preferred
Typically, 5+ years of HR experience, including consulting
In-depth knowledge of HR practices and program implementation
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, data interpretation, analysis, and insight storytelling
Excellent program management and process development skills
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
