About the role

  • HR Business Partner executing talent strategy in Stryker's Instruments Division. Provides HR partnership to focus on employee relations, retention, and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing the talent strategy
  • Providing consistent experience to directors, managers, and employees
  • Supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the market
  • Performing needs analysis to identify gaps in compensation, talent, diversity, and recruiting
  • Partnering with Senior HR Leaders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions
  • Serving as subject-matter expert to managers and directors
  • Implementing change based on proven change management techniques
  • Facilitating interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Executing HR business strategies to drive key business results
  • Partners with managers, directors, and HR to implement business solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Previous HR or role-related experience
  • 4+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
  • Previous HR functional experience in employee relations, workplace practices, or talent acquisition
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills
  • Experience supporting technical teams
