About the role

  • HR Business Partner acting as a strategic advisor and bridge between management and employee representatives in an industrial solutions company. Focusing on legal and personnel matters in a defined business area.

Responsibilities

  • Advising managers on employment law and HR-related matters
  • Providing strategic and operational HR support to a defined business unit on all personnel-related topics
  • Close cooperation with works councils and active participation in shaping works agreements
  • Drafting and processing employment-law documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and terminations
  • Handling administrative HR tasks, with a focus on managing the digital personnel file and document management
  • Participating in HR optimization projects

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration or economics with a specialization in human resources
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable position
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and works council/works constitution law
  • Experience collaborating with works councils and applying collective bargaining agreements
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
