Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day HR operations and recruiting coordination
  • Ensure core people processes run accurately, consistently, and in compliance
  • Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Track leave status and maintain accurate records for employee leaves

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Typically requires 7–10+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting recruiting coordination and employee lifecycle processes
  • Direct experience administering employee leaves, including partnership with third-party vendors
  • Experience executing HR compliance processes across multiple U.S. states
