  • Retail Service Operations Team Leader overseeing service and operational objectives for ~10 branches. Mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in multiple TX locations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the oversight of service and operations for ~10 branches
  • Mentors a team to execute service and operational objectives
  • Motivates and coaches branch colleagues in service and operations
  • Conducts branch visits for audits, observations, and inspections
  • Participates in branch huddles to review operations procedures
  • Performs risk management activities
  • Responsible for communication/feedback to the Regional Service Operations Manager

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of retail service with operational experience
  • Other Travel required within assigned market area.
  • 3 years of experience leading or influencing a team
  • Branch banking experience with operational focus
  • Prior experience managing a team
  • Comfort with technology
  • Experience with MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Detail-oriented and thorough
