Team Lead in People Operations drives HR excellence for home24 in the DACH region. Overseeing HR processes, team leadership, and stakeholder management with a focus on digitalization.
Responsibilities
Design and optimization of operational HR processes and services, including pre- and post-payroll processing for the home24 group in the DACH region, to ensure highest usability, quality, and efficiency
Lead the People Operations team with a hands-on mentality, coach team members, and promote cross-functional collaboration
Analyze, monitor, and continuously optimize operational HR processes and services, and drive targeted improvements in relevant HR metrics
Manage stakeholder and interface relationships within HR Operations to strengthen collaboration inside and outside the corporate group
Coordinate implementation of legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in HR processes and services
Plan, execute, and follow up on internal and external HR audits
Manage and further develop operational HR systems and vendor relationships
Actively drive HR digitalization and automation to increase process efficiency
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field — or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in HR Operations / HR Administration
Solid knowledge of HR processes, payroll, HR systems, and labor law requirements
Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and experience optimizing HR processes and metrics
Proven experience in stakeholder and interface management and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
Passion for HR digitalization and automation; ideally experience implementing new systems and processes
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team
Ideally, prior leadership experience
Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
Fluent German and English, spoken and written
