Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (completed higher education)
Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is required
Advanced English required
Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Systemic (holistic) perspective and strong analytical ability
Knowledge of labor/employment legislation is desirable
