Responsibilities
Responsible for apprenticeship training at the European headquarters and in the German branches
Supervision and support of apprentices
Advising trainers/mentors and managers on employment law issues
Further development of the training program and adaptation to current requirements
Close and proactive collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Participation in and ownership of higher-level, strategic HR subprojects and initiatives
Requirements
HR experience, ideally in the area of apprenticeship training
Commercial/business background
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Interest in IT topics
Empathetic and supportive towards apprentices
Communicative and open, with strong interpersonal skills
