About the role

  • HR Business Partner Apprentice responsible for training in Germany and supporting trainees. Engaging with a team for organizational and personal development.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for apprenticeship training at the European headquarters and in the German branches
  • Supervision and support of apprentices
  • Advising trainers/mentors and managers on employment law issues
  • Further development of the training program and adaptation to current requirements
  • Close and proactive collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
  • Participation in and ownership of higher-level, strategic HR subprojects and initiatives

Requirements

  • HR experience, ideally in the area of apprenticeship training
  • Commercial/business background
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Interest in IT topics
  • Empathetic and supportive towards apprentices
  • Communicative and open, with strong interpersonal skills
