About the role

  • HR Specialist at Stryker coordinating HR administrative processes across multiple business units. Leading project management initiatives and supporting organizational change in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Project manages critical HR projects and processes.
  • Ownership of continuous improvement of country policies and projects.
  • Supports organizational change projects in partnership with HR Operations.
  • Partners with HR Leaders to assess reporting needs.
  • Oversees the management of the geographic Q12 process.
  • Supports the assigned business units regarding Gallup administration.
  • Processes and validates year-end bonus planning and payout.
  • Manages the monthly induction day program for new hires.
  • Manages additional projects or responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in creating reports, assessing, manipulating and presenting data.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Ideally multiple years of relevant work experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience using Workday preferred.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French would be considered an advantage.
