About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Manager handling recruitment strategy and employer branding across APAC for a communications consultancy. Supporting regional initiatives and driving talent acquisition efforts in diverse markets.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned APAC markets
  • Manage multiple requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify expectations, role scope, and hiring priorities
  • Proactively identify hiring risks, pipeline gaps, and market challenges, and act on them
  • Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and proactive market mapping
  • Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and coordinate with external recruitment agencies where needed

Requirements

  • 6 – 8 years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Experience supporting or managing hiring across multiple markets within APAC
  • Background in professional services, media and digital services industry or related industries
  • Comfortable using recruitment data and insights
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional Asian language skills are a plus.
