Responsibilities
Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across assigned APAC markets
Manage multiple requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify expectations, role scope, and hiring priorities
Proactively identify hiring risks, pipeline gaps, and market challenges, and act on them
Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and proactive market mapping
Serve as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and coordinate with external recruitment agencies where needed
Requirements
6 – 8 years of relevant recruitment experience
Experience supporting or managing hiring across multiple markets within APAC
Background in professional services, media and digital services industry or related industries
Comfortable using recruitment data and insights
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional Asian language skills are a plus.
