Responsibilities
Support with all administrative HR tasks
Support and advise HANGAR 901 employees on HR-related matters in German and English
Apply for and manage security passes for all employees
Process various employee requests and prepare certificates (e.g., parental leave, employer confirmations, etc.)
Communicate and collaborate with other departments, external service providers and authorities
Record working hours and absences, administer personnel files and maintain HR databases
Coordinate various internships
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial (business) vocational training
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Team player with strong communication skills
Initial experience in the HR field and knowledge of personnel and labor law are advantageous but not required
